How do I know when my order has been shipped?

You will be notified via email that your order was shipped provided an accurate email address was given.

When can I expect my order?

All of our orders are shipped out of the Oklahoma City Baseball Club Team Store at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. We require 2-3 business days of processing time. Once your order has been shipped, depending on your ship to location a ground package can take anywhere from 1-7 business days to get within the continental United States.

How will my order be shipped?

Shopokcdodgers.com offers reliable USPS shipping. We use USPS to ship USPS Priority. We have flat rates for all of our shipping, that way no matter how much you order, it’s the same cost. USPS allows us to have all of our packages insured and tracked for your convenience. We are currently unable to ship internationally; as soon as we are able there will be information on our site!

Can you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes and will need a physical address to ship to.

Can you ship to APO addresses?

Currently we are unable to ship to APO addresses but are working on integrating that into our site. Check back for more information.

Can I pay to have my order shipped faster?

If you wish to have your order shipped priority (overnight, 2-day, etc.), please contact the team store directly before placing the order online. We will try to get your order shipped within the requested time frame.
