RETURNS


If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you received, we are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original order. If you are returning an item that was shipped to you incorrectly or arrived damaged please contact us immediately so that we can better assist you with this issue. Please allow up to 14 business days for exchanges and returns to be processed. We do not refund shipping costs on any returns or exchanges.

When sending items back, please include the following information:

Name

Address

Original order number (if available)

Contact information such as email and/or phone

A note indicating the product you are returning and the reason for your return/exchange along with the action you would like for us to take


For exchanges there is a $9 fee, which covers the cost of shipping the items back to you. Please include either a money order or your credit card number for this and any additional charges. Please make all payments to: OKC Dodgers. If you do not include payment, we will contact you for your credit card information.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit when shipped back to us. It is recommended that you insure and track your packages. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your request for any reason, we will contact you to discuss alternate options.

If you need this item for a specific occasion we suggest you place a new order for the item you want and then just send back the unwanted item to us for a credit to your account so that you get your item in time.
